What is the operating temperature range for your UPS?
The operating temperature range is typically 0~ 40 degree centigrade for indoor UPS. Outdoor UPS with air conditioner can work -40~55 degree centigrade.
How do I calculate the required UPS capacity for my equipment?
You can calculate the required capacity by summing the power consumption of all connected devices and adding a safety margin.
Can the UPS be used in a high-altitude environment?
Yes, but the power will be derated above 1500 meters. The output power is derated by 1% for every 100 meters of elevation.
Do your 1-20K single phase online UPS systems include software for power management?
Yes. Our single phase online UPS 1~20K standard with RS232 port and we will offer Winpower in free of charge. And customers also can buy Megatec UPSilon2000 from us USD1 for one series number. Options for AS485 and SNMP card monitoring software.
