Yes, we provide training meeting upon request. Also we welcome our customers to visit our factory and study UPS in our factory.

The response time is typically less than 10 milliseconds. This time period ensures the normal operation of the equipment.
What kind of batteries do you use for your UPS? Lead-acid or lithium batteries?
Our UPS support lead-acid battery and lithium batteries. Their models will be different.
Do your 1-20K single phase online UPS systems include software for power management?
Yes. Our single phase online UPS 1~20K standard with RS232 port and we will offer Winpower in free of charge. And customers also can buy Megatec UPSilon2000 from us USD1 for one series number. Options for AS485 and SNMP card monitoring software.
